We offer flexible program lengths of 30, 45, 60, and 90 days, ensuring that each person receives the level of care best suited to their needs. At Simcoe Rehab, our goal is to provide the tools, resources, and support required to heal, grow, and thrive beyond treatment.

With on-site nursing and personalized detox plans that address both physical and emotional needs, we ensure clients are cared for every step of the way. Our team monitors withdrawal symptoms closely, helping to manage discomfort and reduce risks associated with detox.
Once detox is complete, clients transition seamlessly into our comprehensive inpatient treatment program, where they continue to receive therapy, support, and tools for long-term recovery.
Comprehensive Mental Health Care
At Simcoe Addiction and Mental Health, we recognize that mental health is a cornerstone of lasting recovery. That’s why our inpatient treatment program includes comprehensive psychiatric assessments to identify and address mental health conditions and concurrent disorders.
Clients receive weekly psychiatric follow-ups for ongoing support and medication management, ensuring their mental health needs are consistently met throughout treatment. As part of our discharge process, we also provide a final psychiatric assessment during the last week of care to prepare clients for the next stage of their recovery journey.

Each clients works with their primary counsellor to create a personalized Relapse Prevention Plan, designed to address triggers and build strategies for long-term sobriety. In addition, clients receive:
- Monthly one-on-one check-ins during the first three months after treatment
- Weekly virtual aftercare sessions every Wednesday at 7 p.m.
- Ongoing access to a supportive network of peers and professionals
